About Us

The Mercantile Goal

The directors and founders established Mercantile Fund Management with a common and simple goal – help all investors access the returns available through property development.

At a time when interest rates continue to fall, the performance of cash and fixed interest investments continues to decline and volatility in stock markets remains, the returns available from property development represents an attractive proposition for investors.

Interest on savings accounts and term deposits has dropped below the rate of inflation, effectively making money in the bank worthless.

With solid population growth around Australia and residential property markets trending upwards, Mercantile Fund Management are seeing continued growth opportunities in property development.

With access to high-quality opportunities that generate strong returns, this form of Investment is now a must-have, not just a nice-to-have.

Previously, syndication of property development has mostly been limited to wealthy individuals and institutions. Mercantile Fund Management now makes this form of investment available to all Australians.
